Fans are so important!
Thanks to all you fans! We have grown so much since this site was born! Funny how I was writing this, asking you all about what you would want to see happen on Grey's and Patrick tweets the same question. LOL! Its definitely exciting to know we have two more years with him!

How awesome is it that Patrick Dempsey, as well as Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh, Justin Chambers, James Pickens Jr., and Chandra Wilson are staying with Grey's Anatomy for 2 more years?!?!?! I think that Shonda was hoping to keep this a secret so we all suffer the angst that so many of her characters do and wonder for the next few months (from end of S8 to beginning of S9) if our favorite character or characters make it out alive, but thanks to a leak of some sort (source: http://www.deadline.com/2012/05/greys-anatomy-stars-patrick-dempsey-ellen-pompeo-sandra-oh-and-justin-chambers-close-deals-to-return/ we now can put our minds to rest.As one of the fans mentioned to me I would be happy for Patrick if he were to move forward and do other things. But I am certainly happy that I will continue to see his bright and shiny face every Thursday for at least another 2 seasons! Lets just hope that with this big question settled that they now give Patrick (and Ellen too) a great story line!!! What would you fellow fans like to see happen with Derek and Meredith?

Thanks to all the great Patrick Dempsey fans the facebook page for this site has grown like crazy. We are now at over 32,000 "likes". Just imagine if Patrick were to make it official??? Wouldn't it be great to have a place where we could learn more about what is going on in Patrick's life? Not just racing, not just the Dempsey Center, but all things Patrick does in acting, etc. That was my hopes for this website. Maybe one day we will see it but for now we just enjoy it for what it is. Claudia from Germany, Ale from Italy, Jen from Louisiana, Ally from California and myself Cindy from Arizona; we have met each other through this site and many of you. It has been a great ride and one that will hopefully continue.
Thanks to you all for being such great people. I find that all Patrick Dempsey fans have more in common than just him. I know that all involved with this site are grateful for you all! You are awesome!
