Actor Patrick Dempsey will not compete in the Jan. 26-27 Rolex 24 At Daytona, Dempsey Racing partner Joe Foster said Friday.
Foster is testing a Ford Mustang at Daytona International Speedway during the Roar Before The Rolex 24 for the Grand-Am Continental Tire Challenge, a support tour for the Rolex Series. Dempsey is back home in California.

Actor Patrick Dempsey said it appears his bid to buy a small coffee chain has prevailed in a bankruptcy auction that included Starbucks Corp.
